In the pat three years I lived a sedatary lifestyle. The bad thing about it, I knew I should have been working out but instead I keep saying "I will start tomorrow," and it never came until now. Finally, I could not take it anymore so I made up my mind to get started. All through life I've exercised and did some form of dancing but when I got married I stopped being physical active. So, I took up hip-hop arobics. The first day was fine but by the third day I could not walk without being in pain. "No pain, No gain". My goal is to lose 40 pounds.
