"It's the thought that counts"
Putting thought into my topic was very challanging. First of all, my topic was Alzheimer's/Dementia: Prevention. My search lead to so many articles I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown, I became very frustrated. So, I narrowed my search, I noticed there were many articles on cognitive disorders, and I discovered Dementa and Alzheimer's are onsets of cognitive disorders. Second, I narrowed my search even more, and there were many articles on cognitive disorders. Third, I narrowed my search for the last time and bingo I found an article on "Elderly Depression/Suicide. I also discovered that depression, cognitive disorder, dementia and alzheimer's all work together. I can breathe now!!!

Boy, do I believe those associations. My mother was depressed for much of her adult life due to losing two sons at their young ages of 9 months and five years. Then to lose her only living son, the apple of her eye, when he was 50 was too much. She continued her depression and slid into the abyss of dementia and Alzheimer's.
